Products & Pricing All products displayed on our website are described as accurately as possible. Prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable GST as per product category. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without notice. 3. Orders & Payments Orders are confirmed only after successful payment through our secured payment gateway. We use Razorpay (and other trusted partners) to process all transactions securely. In case of any payment failure, the amount (if debited) will be automatically refunded by the payment provider within 5–7 business days. 4. Shipping & Delivery Orders are usually shipped within 2–5 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service availability. Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once your order is dispatched. 5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Refunds will be initiated after quality inspection and processed within 5–7 business days.
